I started baking cakes about 10 years ago.  I decided at one of my son's birthdays that I was tired of having the store bought cake and having them taste like it.  I wanted a fresh homemade cake that everyone would remember.  So this is where it all began. It was a simple cake that I read about in a magazine and I received serveral compliments on how it tasted and looked. I used a plastic dump truck you can buy at any toy store and I filled it with chocolate cake crumbled up and crumbled up chocolate cookies.  It also had chocolate pudding as the icing in globs to resemble mud.  It went along with the theme "Bob the Builder" perfectly.  I remember a friend said "you ought to do this for others"  So here I am.
