Thank you so much for making our wedding cakes and cupcakes. Nate and I were blown away with the 2 teir cakes and cupcake tower! It was so beautiful and better than I had imagined it would be.The Myspace cake was a big hit!! We actually had to cut that cake since we were scared that cutting the 2 teir cake would cause it to fall over, haha. It was great though. Everyone loved the fruit filling in the cupcakes as well!
You truly made a part of our wedding a special memory. Thank you for that!!

I just wanted to thank you again for the WONDERFUL cupcakes! They were so cute and my daughter was so surprised and excited! The friends she shared with (she had to save a few for herself) LOVED THEM! My husband thought they were great too. I have saved mine for today as a special treat! :-)

I apologize for just now writing you. We want to thank you again so very much for the incredible, delicious birthday cake for Corley's birthday! Her initial response when she saw it was, "Oh my goodness. That is awesome! Let me get my camera." (I had already taken pictures of it at home.:-)) Then after she started eating it she said, "This is amazing!" Need I say more? Erin you did an spectacular job with making it exactly like I envisioned and the TCU colors were perfect!! She absolutely loved it!!
Thank you again for being so flexible and accommodating...especially at the last minute. AND for making such a beautiful, yummy, special cake! I will have to start figuring out what I can ask you about making for her birthday next year. :-)
